Add Dark Souls to cart and price will appear. I already have Dark Souls so i haven't purchased this but take note that this is the NA version, however you are still be able to claim the code on steam. Can anyone verify that they can successfully checkout.

Update - I purchased a copy for a friend and can confirm that it is working for AU IPs. Steam code working fine.

  • "Add Dark Souls to cart and price will appear" What?

  • Be warned about Dark Souls on PC. It is a very badly ported game. Controls are extremely broken and you will almost definitely need to use a game pad instead of keyboard and mouse. The graphics are not up to scratch for a PC game and FPS is locked to 30 which can only be unlocked by mucking around with config files which have the potential to get you banned on GFWL.

    • thanks you for the headsup.. so its worth playing with a gamepad/controller?

      • +1

The gamepad will make it more playable. Whether you consider the rest of the issues associated with the game a deal breaker is totally up to you. Had I known about them I would have invested my money in a more deserving game.

        Short answer: No.

    • There are a LOT of fan fixes for the PC port of Dark Souls, from what I have read. I believe the resolution/framerate can be sorted out with a utility called DSFix.

Multiple game news outlets ran stories about the fans applying their own patches and fixes to get the PC port looking and playing much better. Just do a little googling and tinkering, and you'll be fine.

Disclaimer: I have never played Dark Souls on any platform, but have keenly observed from the sidelines, as it's a very divisive series due to it's difficulty.
