That's a crazy discount for PS All Stars, it must still be doing pretty poorly. I'll wait until the physical copy drops to around $20 (which shouldn't be too long..)

This is a great price for a fun game, but I'm guessing/hoping that this will pop up on the free games list for PS+ members at some stage soon. Also holding out for Little Big Planet on the Vita.
