        Yup, either make the massive environmental impact of buying a new car so you can use e10 (which is also causing environmental and economic problems) or buy from the independents when you can with an extra 3c/l tax. Isnt like our car is all that old, or is inefficient by modern standards, the environmental impact of a new one would far outweigh any possible good e10 could do.
