Tried them through Eatclub like 6 years ago and it was the worst pasta I've ever had. You'd hope it has gotten better
We lunched there few days ago. Out of 10 different ordered dishes, I would say 6 are excellent, and the rest are okay. The birthday promo is really worthed.
Had Etto catered at work once before and I genuinely think it's the worst food I've ever eaten in Melbourne. The pasta sucked, but it was the pizza that was the real abomination. The crust had the texture of pizza that's been microwaved for too long
I've dined once at the South Melbourne branch quite a few years ago and thought it was decent. I think they're still there so they must be doing OK?

Just out of curiosity I checked out the reviews of the closest one to me. Owner replies to any negative reviews with a whole paragraph about how they’re the best and the wait times are long because they’re so popular, “you don’t sell over 10 million bowls a year in Melbourne without being the best.” Just take the negative feedback and move on?
