Great price, MDF is more like cardboard wood, doubt its leather too, I suspect the the bed will last a couple of months, Fantastic Furniture ones might last a year at least…
PU leather, or some retailers used the terms Bicast Leather or PLeather, all means plastic.

there is plastic leather? and how good is it? fantastic calls it PVU finish.
it's PU, polyurethane, it's synthetic. There are different grades of pu "leather", this is most likely the thinnest and cheapest grade. Some grades are very thick and almost indistinguishable from real leather.
Source - I used to import thousands of beds like this from china, although I wouldn't import this bed frame, I saw them in china but they are too light. It may look cheap but it'll end up costing more in a few months when you need to replace it, possibly ok for a guest bedroom?
I've had to replace peoples bed frames and they looked exactly like this one, the problem with cheap beds like this are that the siderails start to bend outwards and he slats fall through. The joint between the headboard and siderail bends like crazy so you can rule out any decent sex.
What about indecent sex?
Ok, If we're getting technical.. You can have indecent sex on this frame although this indecent sex will be tainted by large amounts of movement due to frame not being hard and rigid enough. If it squeaks you will need to apply large amounts of lube in order to stop the squealing, although this is personal preference as some enjoy the squealing. Also the amount of lube that will need to be applied will be proportionate to rigidity.

The leather is hidden. What you see is all plastic.
Its a bit like laminate flooring, but without the advantage of the hard-wearing melamine coat.

The main thing is for people to know what the material is so that they can judge whether they like it and it's suitable for their purposes rather than relying on labels and preconceptions.
I've had a shitty old MDF bed for the last 15yrs, solid as a rock.
Shitty old mdf is a lot stronger than shitty new mdf these days. I put something together from SAMs warehouse last year, the thing nearly disintegrated in my hands.
The "shitty" stuff is probably not MDF but LDF - low-density fibre-board. Looks like wheatbix when it breaks.
MDF and plywood are very useful materials.
Or it's a pin board, or cane-ite as commonly known. The shitty stuff still is mdf. Just not as good a quality glue.

I bought this 6 months ago. I would advise not getting this as the bent slats dont last 6 months. Had to remove the mattress on a weekly basis to reattach the slats. Worst purchase ever.
Ive had this same bed for a few months too. The slats do look a bit flimsy but Ive not had to reattach the slats. I dont let the kids jump on the bed.
