I read plenty of reviews before I bought mine and I am not sure how more people don't complain about their medium firmness mattresses as they are so stiff. The medium latex mattress is nothing like any other medium firmness mattress I have slept on. If anyone is considering a medium latex mattress, factor in the cost of a soft topper too.

Cannot comment on mattress but I have a king bed frame and will definitely recommend that .. it is extremely well engineered .. I was taken aback to be honest as it looks like any other made in China bed frame when putting it together but 2 years now and it feels as sturdy as our Jarrah bed with marble inlay which is about 5 times heavier
