  I have recently installed Xiaomi CW500 outdoors. Not 4k but 2.5 k two cameras. One to the left and one towards the right, both gives me warnings for movement and detects person. Also stores video on cloud and on sd card. One of the cameras can be adjusted manually and other can be by the application.
