Just saw these at Safeway in Glen Huntly (VIC), there were at least 15-20 on the shelf, colours I saw were Red, Pink, White and Black. Very cheap if you need one, not sure if they are reduced in other stores.

Some can be. I have a relatively cheap one ($7) similar to this and its not noisy, though it is in the lounge room.
I think a lot of people would put these in the Lounge / Kitchen and use a Clock Radio type device for the bedroom?
U need a seiko quartz anti-tick clocks… Dead silenttt!!

In my experience, cheap clock almost always comes with discounted time over not so long period of time
Perhaps the clock is trying to tell you to slow down
looks nothing like a dolphin.
If you zoom in close enough there is a dolphin in the top right corner of the box

Clocks at this price point are generally noisy, Ie loud ticking sound for the seconds hand.
Beware if you're planning to put into bedrooms.
