      I've ordered about 25 times from these guys by now… One of the smoothest and friendliest ordering systems I've experienced, very good customer support (one item I ordered was damaged in transit and the customer rep made the process of having a replacement arranged pleasant).

      I have ordered from there. The stock seems to be sourced from New Zealand and will sometimes have stickers covering the Australian ratings on the cover.

    Hey guys. I too went and brought this. After adding to my cart it did show $35 but after filling in all the infos and submit the pay by Paypal it now show on my PayPal invoice as the full price what gives. So you guy who went through the whole process but got charge the full price what id u guys do?

    I try ringing the 1800 but no one answer. Email them still waiting for the reply. I dont want to buy it at full price.

    Any rep from Mighty Ape here?

      This actually happened to me as well. I was very sleep deprived this morning so thought I did something wrong but obviously not if it also happened to you. I also bought a few other things and somehow got charged $8.90 for delivery as well when the whole order was $4.90 before buying. Phone number didn't ring and like you no response from email. Guess I will try again tomorrow.

        Update to this —- very good customer service from these guys, they refunded the difference between what I was charged and the sale price for the dvd. Very friendly on the phone (straight through and no annoying menus etc.). Also received a prompt response to email. Big plus from me for this company!

      i got charged 39.90 inc shipping when I check my PP receipt

      have not received any confirmation of shipment yet, according to OP he's used this retailer a couple of times so will have to wait out and see what happens

    Just ordered today for discounted price!

    Right after I missed out on the deal (I had the item in basket and going through checkout but it failed), I completed the " Seen a lower price? Ask us to beat it " link and linked to their own site and requested $35.

    I got an email today confirming the $35 price and when I add to cart I get the price of $35 + delivery.

    Success!
