First time poster so apologies if I messed something up.
Have had an eye on these for a little while and this offer is $50 cheaper than the current amazon one.
Before people flood the comments, yes it's not as good as the sub $200 pre-xmas deals for the SC and Ultras but seems like a great current price including delivery. I wish I got the pre-xmas deals but wasn't sure between these or the XM4/XM5s at the time.

What’s better with the ultras?
Spatial Audio which is good for movies but not great for music. Hard case. Better materials. Audio stops when you take them off and automatically play back once you put them back on. Volume slides instead of buttons. Probably not much else
The Ultras are definitely better overall when I was looking at them but weren't worth the extra cost for me. Unfortunately the $200 price was an error and unlikely to return. But the below is what I thought:
Positives:
- Slightly better sound
- Much better mic for calls (probably the biggest thing I wish the QC did better)
- Better materials
- Bluetooth 5.3 (vs 5.1 for QC)
- Ability to play higher quality codecs
Neutral
- Some people say they're not as comfy (a bit subjective but I did take this into account)
- Hard case is nice but you can get a cheap one on AliExpress
- Spatial audio - personally don't care too much for it and it does seem like this is Bose's main selling point for these when you look at the website
- Auto-stop - great but once again don't really care
Negatives
- Can't fold them up
- Volume slides - much prefer hard buttons

Exactly. Still got my QC35's from like 5 years ago & I can't really see any major reason here why I should upgrade..

ending up bought Bose SC with sub$200.
Prefer Sony MX4 over Bose SC if similar price.
confy, Sound and ANC on Bose SC was a bit disappointed during long flight.
