Can you return due to change of mind, after opening the package and using the headphones?
don't think so
With Prime you can always return it.
"This item can be returned in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for change of mind. If this item is damaged or defective, you may be entitled to a remedy after 30 days. Visit Returning Faulty Items for more information."
I have never had trouble returning anything to Amazon with a valid reason. Sometimes system doesn't allow you to return after a specific time frame but after have a chat with the customer support, they have always issued refund. In some cases they ask for the item to be returned to them before they issue a refund but for low value items, they don't bother getting it back to them.
@ozioziozi: I think with headphones they are cracking down
Now they must be unused in unopened box unless there is a issue with them.
@ozioziozi: I had some item died within 4-10 months of purchase, I contacted Amazon customer service to claim the 12-month warranty entitlement via chat and they simply issued me with refund and told me to keep the faulty item / dispose it.
I bought this Bose model for commute before, but the cushion doesn't feel tight when the bus runs over bumpy road, I contacted Amazon and explain it to them and they refunded my money and sent me return label free of charge.
@MauTauAja: Yeah if not because $170 i wont buy this bose. No auto pause sensor as well. But then i cant afford sony xm5
I’ve purchased and used Apple Watch from
Amazon before - changed mind and got full refund
Nice, no special cashback offers for Myer and Amazon at the moment.
Buying from Amazon is much better for easy return than from MYER / other Aussie retailers.
