PSA - Wireless 1 Promised Refunds, But Have Not Delivered

After the last decent sale at the store, many items were over-ordered. Many OzBargainers haven’t received their orders, myself included.

On 8/1/25, I received an email stating that the item has no ETA, so they would process a refund within 2-7 business days. However, no refund has been given, and it looks like their website is down.

I’ve bought many items over the years and never had any issues, but it seems like they might be out of the game. I would suggest avoiding them until refunds are provided.

    It seems Wireless1 closed, but I am not 100% sure as there is no official announcement. I can see a eBay store Sydneytec which is part of Wireless1 has also been closed at the same time.

    • Would be likely the same, their invoices look incredibly similar and emails were answered by the same person ("Jojo").

    They went bankrupt. You won’t get your money back, maybe try a chargeback.

    What a shame, I bought a few things from them over the years. Sorry to those who got caught out, hope chargeback works.

    I received an item from them on 13-Jan. It was shipped on 8-Jan.

  • yeah, some experience. They said they will refund due to no ETA stock. But almost 1 month still not refund me.

      I've asked my bank to start a chargeback I think it's lost money at this point but we will see in 6-8 weeks.

    I had 1 out of 3 items shipped, the other 2 items I requested a refund which I still haven't received. I tried to dispute through PayPal, but it got rejected because I couldn't provide an invoice stating they were refunded. That invoice was on their website under my account, but I can't get to it anymore. I'm now gone straight to my bank to start a chargeback.

      I had to start a chargeback too. Seem they've completely ghosted everyone.
