#5 on the Vacuum Wars Top 20 Best Robot Vacuums in 2025

First-time deal post here! I’ve been on the hunt for a great Roborock vacuum for my mum and, naturally, fell deep down the robot vacuum research rabbit hole. That led me to Vacuum Wars on YouTube and their article, Top 20 Best Robot Vacuums of 2025 (check it out here) ranking the Qrevo Master at #5. The full review can be read here.

While researching, I realised just how segmented the Roborock lineup is—it’s honestly overwhelming! Fortunately, a helpful Redditor created a handy spreadsheet comparing all the different models and features, which made things much clearer.

Previously, the all-time low (ATL) was $1799 based on a past OzBargain post.

This deal is for the white model only. If you’re in the market for a top-tier robot vacuum this might be worth snapping up!

Key features that made me decide on this model:

  • FlexiArm Design Mop
  • FlexiArm Design Side Brush
  • Auto Mop Drying
  • Dock Self-Cleaning
  • Hot Auto Mop Washing
  • Dual liftable Spinning Mops (better than the vibrating mops)

    Great first post!

    • thank you! 😄

    • Not for the Qrevo Master, that’s $1998: https://www.mobileciti.com.au/roborock-qrevo-master-robotic-…

      • +1

AD10 for 10% off all roborock

      • +2

use code AD10 at checkout to get the 1,798.20 price

      • There was an eBay 10% home and garden discount running that would bring the q revo master to below $1800 on the mobileciti eBay store. Unsure if it's still running.

  • Great price, waiting for edge model to get heavily discounted. I heard this model had smaller internal bin.

    • Yep - dustbin capacity of 325mL on the Edge vs 220mL on the Master

  • Dustbin size irrelevant for dock system

    • It has a dust bin that needs to be replaced so it is relevant

    • +1

the vacuum has to go back to dock to empty, the smaller bin increases the no of times it goes back to dock.

We got this one as our first robot for our first house. Has been faultless for us, with the caveat that we have hardwood floors.

It cleans up the mess my kids make pretty well, and I haven't had to manually mop at all.

Paid 1800 with some negotiation at HN, as we were picking up a fridge too.

    • +1

That’s great to hear! We have tiled floors, so should work well.

  • I bought this from a third party seller on Amazon for $2,099 and it is still within the return period. Amazon on chat refused to make a price adjustment despite it being sold less than 20 days ago. In theory, I could return it and buy it again and be in front but is that a bit awful to do? I tried to explain the dilemma to see if there was a middle ground of sorts but the Amazon chat didn't seem interested in discussing it.

I literally sent back my 3d printer because there was a better deal on it on Amazon. Logistically if Amazon wants to deal with all the returns instead of giving a price difference that's on them

      • +1

I hear you and completely agree. The only thing that irks me is the original seller I'd be returning to being a third party seller through Amazon. But maybe the third party seller is also a big corporation and I'm thinking too much into it. I appreciate your thoughts, it helps me think through it in a more balanced way.

  • So the main difference between this and simple QRevo is Auto Brush Lifting? Is that worth the extra money?

Is brush lifting as imp as mop lifting?

Depends on what you're after. There are other differences, but it depends if they're worth it to you.

There are extra sensors, heated mopping, extending brush and mop. There's a few others, but as always the latest features always come at a cost where people will pay extra for that feature or money is not an issue and they want the latest and greatest.

    • and I'm pretty sure the QRevo was $1000 at JB last week right? almost 1k difference just for the auto lift mob? damn

      • Both have auto mop lift, the one in the deal also lifts brush + cleans the mop with hot hot water rather cold cold 😂

      • +1

There's some naming conventions in the Australian product line that are pretty confusing. There was the original q revo, q revo pro and then the q revo S. I'm not even sure we got the q revo pro, or maybe we did but it's named q revo, but with a different serial number.

There was some variations between the S, the pro and the original q revo, so it's probably best to look closely before thinking you're getting a bargain.

I think the most recent for the Reno as under $900.

However the Qrevo is the bottom of the range spinning mop robotics, the master the top. The master does have a lot of features the base model doesn’t have ( superior lidar system, extending arms to get right to the edge for both vacuum and mops, lifts mops higher etc). Whether it is worth an extra $1k is up to you. Look on it as a Toyota Corolla ascent vs a ZR.

Personally I am waiting for a great price in the maxV. Not to hot, not too cold.

        • I heard that it's end of life

    • There's definitely a significant cost difference for seem like minor features so sharing my experience for others to consider.
I have have the qrevo and I am considering upgrading to next gen for the flexiarm mop and brush. There's a dirty 4-5cm edge and corners where the robot can never touch. It's only maybe 5% where it hasn't cleaned but to clean it properly means doing all the manual setup I wanted to avoid.

      • It would seem opinion is that the flexibrush isn’t worth upgrading for alone. A good point is made though - if you have plants / tables / etc in the corners they won’t get cleaned regardless. So might depend on house layout as to most benefit.

        See https://www.reddit.com/r/Roborock/comments/1egz09h/does_the_…

        • I was merely addressing 1 point which was missed, like my revo. The edges along ALL walls/furniture cannot be touched by the stock revo, not only corners. Additionally there's a bunch of extra features over the stock qrevo as well. Check out vacuum wars on yt and compare using the charts provided above to see what is important to you.

instead of buying the disposable bugs, are there any 3rd party reusable once?

    • +4

Just suck it out with a stick vacuum or something

      • nice idea, thx for sharing.

    • Try aliexpress , usually a few dollars each.

  • Would JB price match? I have JB vouchers 🙄
    Anyone tried?

I know they don't match discount codes

    • try with their online chat, and try multiple times until tooth fairy connects

  • Does anyone have any experience with robo vacuums and hair? We don't have any pets but Im hairy and wife loses hair all the time lol. We have an old voimi and we have to clean the brush of its hair after every use. It has nylon bristles…not the silicone/rubber version.

    • I have the QRevo MaxV and it does a good job with cat hair and my wife's long hairs. The hair wraps around the inside of the roller by design, and in a way that doesn't impede the roller's movement or block anything. Every couple of weeks I take the roller out, detach the ends of the roller, and pull the trapped hairs off into the bin. Takes all of one minute to do.
