    I personally am waiting for pick up late February but looking forward to upgrading from S21 plus.

  • Saw this last night after trading hours, woulda been a positive cash flow trade in ($700 from Mobile monster) for me. Bought the Fold 5 for around $700 from the last Fold 5 secret sale deal.

  • I signed up yesterday for this (during the pre sale) and today when checking JBHIFI stock levels it seems they have all colors of the S25, 256GB in stock but no stock at all of any of 512 GB versions at any store. I then checked Harvey Norman and the exact same issue.

    How could samsung drop the ball like this when they spent so much money advertising the pre sale for weeks and today when the phone actually releases they have no stock at all of the 512GB versions to sell? Any idea when they will have stock?

    For those who have cancelled the plan through Telstra app, check if you have got points to redeem.

    Previously I bought 2 pcs of Samsung S25 and cancelled the plan through Telstra app. I got more than 10k points ($526 x2). So, I redeemed Belong $80 sim card for free and have activated the sim card today 😀. I chose data plan only, so it can be used for 5 months free data for me. It can still receive sms. So, I can use the new number for other freebies ;-)

      Didn’t you give your primary (or alternate) contact number to them when signing up and also to Telstra when cancelling. It would go there.

        • When you cancelled number, what mobile number did you give them or email received the messages on. Check those.

  • Tried two reps, wasn't able to get them to refund the $79 first month fee. Loophole closed I suppose.

    • I got the refund started after the first $79 payment went through. I have the invoice saying I got the credit. I'll wait 3 more days to get actually refunded in my bank account

          ok i just called JB HiFi Mobile and they refunded me the $79, so better to talk to them vs Telstra reps

    • Still possible, refund sent on Sunday and received this morning. I cancelled and requested refund on the basis that "I have no coverage at my workplace".

    Has anyone else received a collection text message from JB HiFi? {FYI: I did sign up and cancelled the contract for this deal on 13th Feb and haven't heard anything back from them yet}

      I didn't receive a text. They did tell me to collect on the 14th. So I just went in and it was ready for collection.

      seems like there is a delay with the 512gb version, i looked for store pickup in qld and there is only like one in CBD so just wait i suppose :D i too did the cancell and just need to wait

  • Finally managed to get $79 monthly fee refunded by Telstra chat. Took few tries but eventually got there

    • What did you ask them to get the $79 monthly fee refunded? Was it thru the My Telstra App?

        I went through live chat and asked if I could get it refunded since I had cancelled the plan before using it.

        I actually went through financial hardship section chat on Telstra and told them the same thing as Telstra app chat that i cancelled it straight away without using the service and they happily refunded,

          Just live chatted with Telstra and they gladly refunded the amount back. I'm surprised they even refunded it cause I thought the loophole for this was closed.

          Thanks for the all help, now we wait for our phones to arrive!

    Anyone else having issues with S25 512gb version not being available…i called them and they said the procurement team have not even ordered yet which is very confusing..

      Color i ordered was showing as available for delivery from 24th feb on samsung website so I am assuming it will be shipped to jb stores around that time

    • I saw northland now showing stock of the blue one 512gb. Online Delivery for the 21st feb. I suspect other stores will get stock soon.

      • I hope so, I called my local JB earlier today and they had no ETA, and mentioned navy was overallocated or something

          I checked on JB's online store and it looks like Navy will be delivered by 24th Feb. So it'll be ready for pickup likely then too.
