ok i just called JB HiFi Mobile and they refunded me the $79, so better to talk to them vs Telstra reps

how did you get the refund? I tried talking to two reps but they were strict on not waiving the $79

If u put it in your cart at 12pm but miss the 2pm drop, would spamming the confirm and pay at the 4pm drop still work??
