        As you open Members app it should be on Discover tab. Right under the banner at the top of the Discover tab there are three buttons - Benefits is the middle button.

    Ok mine is done.
    S25Ultra 256GB Titanium Black
    $100 for $20 voucher applied.
    $740 Trade in (S24ultra 256gb)
    $200 bonus eVoucher

    Brought the phone down to $129 (I know) + the $139 for Samsung Care+
    then the buds, case and screen protector. Going to gamble canceclling/returning the accessories once I can. So hopefully a S25 ultra and samsung care+ for just over $300..

      was tempting to do the same, but I am p sure I can trade in S24U 256 for a bit more elsewhere, so I went with trade in for a watch I had beating about
      and I am at 45GB free on my 256 S24U, so going for a like for like storage was feeling shall we say.. claustrophobic lol

                @shabaka: Yeah by memory last year as I did it, I think you need to wait for it to be order accepted before it lets you modify the order.

                I know we have $30 days to refund, but in my haste (was going to go smart tags) I selected ear buds and I know most places do not refund headsets. They wont be used anyways but I hope nothing has changed since last year.

      hey mate, I applied all the same voucher codes but could only get the phone down to $329.20 in the EPP store. The GALAXY2025 voucher will only give you free accessories and will not bring the price of the phone down. Am I still missing some other $200 code to get the phone at your price?

      depends on where you are I guess. for someone with S24U 256GB after all is said and done I am just paying about $200 out of pocket for bump up to latest version, storage upgrade, and extra accessories. great deal I reckon.

        Interesting. Personally when I buy something that turns out to be shit, it makes me less inclined to buy more from that brand, but whatever works for you.

      I just saw this too after placing my order. I swear it was not like that at first.. I also noticed you can not select 256GB anymore… Might be out of stock already?

      EDIT: I am in Gov store. But I noticed now when signed in and click on S25 its dumping me into the normal store. So might be a glitch…

        The IMEI steps etc will come up once you actually click checkout, it will send you to Azurion to do the trade-in, give you a code once its all completed then you input that code back into the Samsung store checkout to complete your order

            @Sydney11: Trade-in is done first, you pay the dollar value retention fee upfront for the trade-in you provided to Azurion, then you get a code, then use that code to checkout on the samsung store checkout to complete your order

          As DealHuntersXD said. You will lose your security deposit (which is the trade value amount) PLUS $60 which they will charge against your card.

          To circumvent, use a Prepaid Mastercard which covers the security deposit ($1?) but not the $60 BUT I don't know if they then blacklist you afterwards.

            @burningrage: Haven't been blacklisted. Tried it while purchasing S24U last year. Was charged $60 no-return fee + the trade in discount of $30 for a watch that I had selected which I did not trade in later.

              @alz: Yes they will take a "security charge" of the trade in amount, also in the FAQ, they said that they may charge a non return fee of $60. They will return the security charge once they receive the returned device.

        I tried doing TRS recently on a phone and at the airport they advised that they would charge the GST back when I came back into the country with the phone for a net $0 result so I didn't go ahead. Said only worries if the phone doesn't come back into Australia. Did they give me bad advice?

          They would "in theory" charge back GST if you bring back duty free values worth $900 or more which this phone would fall into.

          However, if you travel with more than 1 person (say 2 person), then the duty free values would be combined (meaning $1,800) and in that case, you will be fine.

          In reality, it really depends on what you wrote in the Incoming Passenger declaration card. I had claimed GST on a phone and when I returned, I only declared that I have brought in goods above $900 duty free and they asked me how much, I said $1,050 and they let me go. Even if they didn't, I returned with 4 other travellers so we would have been fine.

        Last year, I got penalized $60 on top them keeping my security charge. Very expensive.

        It may be worth it for $1 trade in device.

        I didn't. EPP (Government) requires a specific website entry screen so I don't think (or didn't think at least), my Samsung App would work.

        No. The idea is to wait for Confirmation Email to be sent (at the moment, the order is being accepted. Not accepted yet) which should be by tomorrow and then I would attempt a bud specific cancellation via chat citing change of mind.

      Ty, followed your steps got it for $1267 all up (ultra 512gb and buds 3 pro with $1 cracked phone trade in). Unfortunately seems like I can't cancel individual items with only 2 purchased so I'll have to return the buds when they arrive or sell them off. But pretty decent for a flagship.
