      when I sign in on the app, it automatically signs in to my gmail samsung account that's signed in on the phone. I can't log out and sign in education account. What's the trick here?

        I just worked out - in your samsung store app, go to 'Shop', scroll down to the bottom, and there was an option "Select Store" where I could pick the education store.

    is buying from EDU store cheaper or Samsung store cheaper?

    I noticed EDU has 40% off the accessories while Samsung store offers 30% off

    EDU S25, S25+ and S25U seems to be slightly lower by 8.5%, 10.5% and 12.5% respectively. Then plus 5% off first purchase via shop app.

    I dont know which vouchers / additional discounts can be applied to EDU store or Samsung store. Anyone knows?

    I’ve got the coupon from chat, but I’m waiting to see if someone is getting it at more cheaper price. Currently, I’m getting the Galaxy S25 Ultra (256GB) and Buds 3 Pro for $1,043. With the $10 trade-in, I’ll probably cancel it, which means I’ll have to pay an additional $60 for that, bringing the total to $1,100.

        Watch 5 bluetooh. Selected some options to make the value $1. Just select trade in when you check out and follow the prompts. The take the $1 straight away and return that if you dont send in watch but charge you $60 admin fee.

          I added a Trade in. A phone it gave $50… but it didnt allow me to say the condition of the phone. At Checkout.

          Is that a separate thing…. entirely. I too want to make it value to $1. How?

          p/s: I am putting something I actually have incase they ask for IMEI. do they ask for IMEI? I bet they do… coz they need to make sure the phone is not stolen or reported lost.

    Quick question - a watch worth $400 with the GALAXY2025 (-200$) coupon WHEN cancelled/returned back would refund $400 or $200?

    Example, with my cart value with tardein value is 863 (504 for phone and 359 for watch). If I cancel the watch after order, I'd be refunded 359 or 159?

    Commenting from Samsung EPP Telco: 50% off available with the completion of the "Samsung galaxy s25 series fundamentals" module. From previous experience, the voucher code doesn't get sent until AFTER the $200 eVoucher (this year GALAXY2025) goes down in value (even then, I can't remember if you're even able to stack that code with the 50% EPP one)

        it's a pain to login via app when I am already logged in with my usual account
        I logout but it auto logs me in with my usual account

        In order to log via edu account, I have to logout of the Samsung account from the phone itself and that will remove the Samsung pass etc :(

        You'll need access to it to verify, so for .edu or corp ones you'll need to have access.

    Someone explain to me like I am stupid. I have an old iPhone 8 that is iCloud locked (bought a bunch of phones for parts for my repairs). If I enter that IMEI number in tick as 'Not Locked' during the trade in, but click broken screen, which makes it $1. And then don't return anything…..what will happen? I just get charged $61?

    i am thinking of trading with the lowest value for the tab and dont send them.
    Will i still get the trading bonus without my item.

    I finally managed to get the discount code from the chat, after booted out 4 times. Here is a note she mentioned:

      they changed it to 5x from the S24 Ultra, probably because zoom becomes bad between 5-10x, which is probably more useful*

      No point comparing if your actually trading in. Only compare with $1 trade in. Below are the lowest with $1 trade in and without 5% app discount.
