I signed in to Samsung account but when I went to EDU store, it asks me to enter "Employee Email". When I entered [email protected] it keeps saying "The Email field must be a valid email." Any idea how to get around this?

It can give that error if the email you are trying to used is already linked to another Samsung account. If that's the case it'll send emails to the school address saying such.
I think the issue is my actual Samsung account uses the same email address ([email protected]) instead a @gmail.com for example. So maybe I should change the email address in my Samsung account to @gmail.com and then use the vic.edu.au when I enter the EDU store.
Needs to be one that you can access and verify the otp.
If its a real one, it means its already been linked to an account. That account will be getting a security email.

With this deal the ultra is the no brainer imo, you wont regret the extra $$$ for the top flagship.
how so, the ultra is massive (too big), I have an ultra now, and I agree with eatoff, the difference seems underwhelming. Not to mention the S25+ is still a large size.
With my trade in and coupons the ultra came to $180, not sure how much cheaper the + or reg s25 is but id value the ultra at any difference there.

If you added 1 accessory you cant cancel sepratly. Only if you have 2 or more can you cancel.

You have to open the plus one account and then click on business centre on the app / website not available on the free account

What a mess. The $400 trade in voucher was applied correctly in cart ($952), then when I hit purchase, I was charged $1352 and the voucher disappeared from my invoice.

As per our support team, because you received a promotion/offer for the S25 series that you ordered. A partial cancellation is not permitted.
Yea seems hit and miss, some people have been able too, others can't. Worst case return after receiving it.
4:16 PM Even me is trying to cancel the buds on your order and it is saying Note: This order has promotions applied.
4.17 PM That is why last option is to wait for the order to be completed and request for return and refund for the buds, just make sure don't open the product.

Yep, I added my buds in the flow for choosing the phone. Removed my first phone order as I realized it was the wrong color and readded it later hence why screen protector and case is listed first. Which I can probably cancel now that you mention it.

Whenever I add the voucher the $300 drops off.
I used the govt portal which should be the same and used those 3 codes. When I was playing around, I did get a message that said you could use maximum of 3 codes.
