        I already got my answer above from TA. He said to wait 1-2 hours for it to track.

        Obviously, if it doesn't track you should ask for refund.

        But it tracked, spent 57.95usd(94.03 AUD)

  • When you subscribe to say a purevpn 2 year plan, is auto-renewal after 2 years enabled?

    If so, if you disable auto-renewal, do you forfeit your 130% cashback?

      If it’s tracked, just be patient and let it be until the cashback turns Payable and you cash that out, and THEN cancel subscription.
      Why are so many ppl asking the same question about rushing quickly cancelling it once tracked? You risk getting the cashback declined by doing that.
      Just wait max ~3 months, you have 21 months after that to cancel.
      Protip: put it in your calendar 3 months from the date you made the purchase to remind you to cancel, if you haven’t earlier.

      • Of course, no one wants to get a 130% cashback, only to get slugged with renewal subscription 2 years later.

    I haven't got tracked for 24 hours.
    contact purevpn by online chat, and within 2 hours, their specialist emailed me offering me two extra offers, I insisted on a full amount refund instead of extending or discounting.
    After another two hours, my bank got a refund.

    total loss is 5$ for the international transaction fee.

  • It tracked within about an hour, and also for a family member in same home, who also signed up to a similar deal some months ago. If it tracked, is it anyway possible it could get rejected once its tracked if its the same family or home? I didnt see anything like that in the terms, and the other ones from other deals were accepted ok.

    • All should be fine as long as:
      - It was purchased using a different and new PureVPN account (email address).
      - The other family member used their own TCB account (as only one CB permitted per 30days per account).

  • Mine didn’t track :( placed order on Sat and still not showing in top cashback. I even did everything directly through the browser in the app and I make sure app was up to date first. I also disabled ad guard first too.

    Really annoying so how do I issue a refund and avoid the currency conversion fees…

    • Hi. This may help re AdGuard. Best not to have any of that stuff installed if you want tracking to be successful. Also, if using wifi, could be a router or firewall issue but YMMV.

    • Did you get the refund?
      I contacted them via chat and email. They just say that they'll forward it to billing and go silent. Now it's been about 3 days without any resolution.
