What do you mean? Third party ones are readily available everywhere for cheap
i bought one from Amazon but it doesn't work
I just use my Bluetooth receiver from my wireless mouse. You don't have any lying around? Maybe being stored inside a mouse you ain't using?
@Lucille Bluth: Pretty sure he's not referring to a bluetooth adapter.

I paid retail $30 shipped for mine - definitely worth it, particularly when sharing multiple controllers with multiple devices.
you mean the bluetooth adapter?
No. Different.
Surely a 10 cent Bluetooth adapter would be easier?
Bluetooth has higher input delay.
They’re only officially available from Microsoft, aren’t they?
I got one from eBay for like $25, I was using extra long cables instead of even trying to use bluetooth before
yep, i end up found the correct one in ebay.
but i will check once it arrive.
I've used the windows adaptor for about 3 years
After it broke I replaced it with an Officworks TP-Link UB5A Bluetooth Nano USB Adaptor.
If there is a difference I haven't noticed it; if anything the connection is less easily broken. Previously when line of sight was broken connection was lost.
I haven't tried the controller's headset jack so can't vouch for that.
Can probably price beat at OfficeWorks for basic colours
it took me long time to find an wireless adapter for PC
