  Any idea how to access this promotion?
  I tried calling them and was unceremoniously hung up on and told to contact them via their app. I'm not even a customer yet and they want me to download an app they can GGF.

    Yes also saw this when logged in, opened account and also transferred $100 on 20 December but still no bonus. Guess can't chase up yet as it says 50 days after being eligible.

        I called them late last week, they said they couldn't find this promotion for existing customers, only the new arrivals one. I said I had a screenshot of the offer and they said please wait for 60 days after the end of the promotion (31 December 2024)…So roughly early March for money to appear "if" I am eligible. So not very hopeful. Were you an existing customer opening your first Westpac Choice account? (I have one but it's a joint account, this was first one by myself)

          @Travelling panda: There's nothing in the t&c's stipulating that. I had a choice account over 5 years ago but this dosent make me ineligible nor does it specify. I've registered a complaint and ombudsman is next if they don't cough up.
