I very happily paid $125 for this during black friday this year. Absolutely solid and it gives. Reading of all input voltages, so you can determine the output power of all your chargers with it! Recommended

    • you can determine the output power of all your chargers with it!

Don't need this now but that's really handy to know, I think I paid like $20 for a dedicated tester when I was clearing out the cables

      • +5

Also forgot to add, it let's you confirm which USB cables support 100W charging too, and whether they have deteriorated over time. It's heavy but useful, and that's ok, WFM has made me also heavy but useful.

  • How does this compare to iniu 140w 27000mah?

    • +5

      iniu 140w 27000mah
      UGREEN 130W 20000mAh

      10W & 7mAh :-)

The Inui has 140w port, Ugreen is 100W
      Inui 2nd port is 45W, vs 30W
      A port 18W vs 22.5W

      • The Iniu 140w 27ah represents much better value at its current selling price of $101 (or better yet $86 as IonxionX below mentions - nice one šŸ‘šŸ»)

Even if you only need 100w output at the moment, the option of being able to use that other 40w at some later time plus the extra 35% storage capacity make it an easy choice for most.

For the remaining few it comes down to form factor and how you feel about the not-too-accurate displays.

      • Thanks. specs aside, more looking forward to fellow ozbargainers who owned either model to give some feedback.

Looks like on paper, iniu is winning.

    • +2

This UGreen is Also considerably lighter. 480g vs 720g 50% weight increase for the extra capacity and output. Obviously depends on your carrying habits I find this UGreen one to be pushing the upper bounds of weight to just always carry.

      • Awesome to hear these power banks are getting lighter.. Prolly still a pass for me tho, looks quite bulky.

      • Iniu is 625g not 720g, so its a 30% weight increase for 35% capacity increase

        • Wish companies would get good at listing dimensions/weights separate from package vs item itself. I took product weight from iniu website which states 1.58 pounds. But yeah then Amazon lists 625g

  • +1

I feel the 100W option @ $77.97 also on Amazon may be a better option for some. Same battery capacity and output from Port 1, and a more conventional form factor. I'll probably grab that one, thanks for the post OP.

    • Link please

    • i actually got the 22.5W one instead. I was comparing between the 2 and I dont think I need to charge my laptop during travel. Especially with how good the battery is on Macbook nowadays. I prefer to travel lighter. With the camera, powerbank, mbp, ipad, my backpack last time was 8.5kg already šŸ˜

  • Buy it through inui website to get a welcome discount. Got one for around $86 or so. Amazon was selling it for $101 on Black Friday.

    • +2

Original website has 15% off at the moment. Tried stacking with the welcome code. Did not work.

    • +1

      it's $102 with the discount, not ~$86.
      it's only 15% off $120

      • +4

        Yeah my experience too.

EDIT: I was able to get it to $96 with code "STAY20"

    • @IonxionX

How did you get $86 price?

  • +4

I've got heaps of UGREEN stuff and they're all fantastic quality, this power bank is excellent too if the specs meet your needs.

    • Yeah, their cables and adapters are top notch.

  • +1

Why does this look so physically similar to Anker, but isnā€™t?

    • +1

      Ask Apple or Samsung orā€¦

  • I want the max capacity that airline allows onboard. Is this model okay UGREEN 200W Nexode Power Bank 25000mAh?

    • +2

Generally anything under 27000mah is fine.

      • So mah value I need to look at and not Watt?

        • +5

You actually look at Wh (V x mAh / 1000). Generally anything under 100Wh is fine.

          3.7V x 27000mAh / 1000 = 99.9Wh

          More information here

The Ugreen Nexode 200W 25000mAh is 90Wh (as per product page), so should be fine for airplane carry.

Don't just trust any brand… in fact, most are miserable in terms of performance and reliability.

  • do any of these also jump start cars?

    • +7

      Entirely different products

    • Hey mate, ive tried a couple of shonky products.. my absolute go to for back up is. Has enough for plenty of charge and jump starts. I bought it $101 and it was worth it. Even cheaper now.

Limited-time deal: AstroAI Car Jump Starter, 2000A 12V 8-in-1 Battery Jump Starter, Up to 7.0L Gas & 3.0L Diesel Engines, 18000mAh Quick Charge 3.0 Power Bank, Informative LCD Screen with Cigarette adaptor, Jumper Cable

      https://amzn.asia/d/ceWv4cj

I returned a $180 NOCO which was an absolute POS. Light as. Wouldn't turn a VW over. I have no idea what you would use it for. Where as the other one I've posted, jumped absolute life back into the car.

    • The GOOLOO GT4000S battery jump starter also doubles as a 100W (approx 24,000 mAh) power bank, itā€™s brilliant. The downside is that itā€™s very heavy though, around 1kg.

Can be had for around $145 during sales:

$107 but basically is the same and the maximum capacity you can take on a plane.

  • Bought this last night for the same price using the ā€˜Reedem Discountā€™ button on Amazon. Did a lot of reading and compared between the big brother 200w uGreen and Anker 737. Ended up buying the 130w uGreen. Nice form factor and over 150g less heavy. Excellent reviews online!

May end up buying and additional smaller powerbank as well, to ensure we have two when travelling as a family! Such a life saver! Last night, I purchased this power bank for the same price using the ā€˜Reedem Discountā€™ button on Amazon. After extensive reading and comparing the big brother 200w uGreen and Anker 737, I decided to buy the 130w uGreen. It has a great form factor and is significantly lighter, weighing over 150g less. The online reviews are excellent!

I might also buy an additional smaller power bank to ensure we have two when traveling as a family. Itā€™s such a lifesaver!

    • +4

I double take to see you repeating yourself here, written slightly differently

      • Yeah, had a change in mind when I posted a my previous message and what I ended up buying.
Good to see atleast some looking up my message history :P

        • +1

I think cmoddoo means in the actual post.you mention "I might also buy an additional smaller power bank to ensure we have two when traveling as a family" twice

          • @theguyrules: Ha ok. Yup. Got the uGreen 130w and will buy another one for sure. Currently travelling and Powerbanks are the best invention ever!

        • +2

I didn't look up your message history, just the post above.

What's the benefit of square prism form factor? Would have thought a slimer but larger form factor is easier to pack? And if you are just charging the phone, you can stack them and hold both with 1 hand.

Understand high output power banks are intended for laptops, not an issue for backpacks, but may be too bulky (thick) for slimer messenger style bags.

    • Itā€™s to do with the size of the cells, in addition the high power delivery will require additional heat dissipation, so the square form factor helps with this under high loads

    • +1

If that's what you are after, maybe look at the baseus blade, https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/313709345779?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkā€¦

It's quite larger than expected, but it works very well in my experience, and the form factor makes it so it fits in the additional pocket of my laptop bag, so perfect for that scenario

  • I have the iniu 27000 140w and its an absolute workhorse. Charges my kids ipads, phones, mrs surface pro.. hasnt missed a beat. Great device. Would buy another for sure.

  • -2

Say 20AH … sick of the hype and lies, idgits selling stuff rated at 240v A/C claiming well over 2400w (2400 being the max rated wattage a GPO can supply) 20000mAh being 20AH

    • +1

      lol watt

  • I have 65W - 20k, will 130W - 20K will help in any way? I charge my iPhone and sometimes MacBook - iPhone can be charged at 45W.
I think, unless you have a device that supports higher W charging, not worth upgrading?

  • Got the 200W version and love it. I had a pretty power hungry laptop which required the higher output, but I don't travel with that one anymore. The form factor and weight was an issue in my tech pack, this one is smaller and lighter but the shape can be a challenge to put in conventional tech bags. But a fantastic product and great quality.

  • How does this compare to UGREEN 145W Power Bank 25000mAh 3-Port Portable Charger 140W Output PD 3.1 Nexode?

    https://www.amazon.com.au/UGREEN-Portable-25000mAh-Recharginā€¦

  • Is there no cashback for powerbank category on cashrewards or shopback?

    • Zero percent under Electronics (Electronics > Mobile Phones & Communication > Accessoriesā€ŗChargers > Portable Power Banks) the last I checked for CR and SB :(

  • I just bought a Positive Grid Spark 40, and would love to be able to make it portable.

Is this able to provide power to that device, if so which accessories/adaptors would I need to make it work?

  • -3

i dont see why more people prefer this smaller form factor unless you need to charge 2 devices with one of them at 100W. Or you need a nice screen? Even so, 65W + 30W is enough to charge the majority of everyday laptops and phones.

  • I was looking at the INUI 140w 27A battery. With the current discount and added STAY20 as mentioned above, I got it down to 95.99 delivered, which is good for me.

At least I can charge my dell via USB c and looking at a Acer USB C adapter to charger my Acer.

Coupled this with my battery power bank from the recent mitre 10 deal I have almost infinite power

  • I am an idiot, but where do I put the code??
    Cheers

    • code already added, you just need to click redeem. total $88.17
