      hsct for your reference, dwi will never ever have australia stock.
      but they are ok, bought $500 lens and delivered in 4 days! better than local store cross the road
      edit: you are member since 2009 and dont know about dwi? should visit and read more :)

        look for reviews for them regarding phones and you will find PLENTY of negative feedback, and it's well deserved. They are apparently ok for (most) camera equipment, but for phones, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

    I'm pretty sure it means "1 year (DWI store) warranty for Samsung (products)". See above. DWI sell overseas stock and hence you won't get the Australian Samsung warranty.

        No, it is not correct. They will send you back to deal with the seller, who in this case will expect you to return at your own cost, even if it is DOA.

        I read on WP that DWI refund your return if it is a genuine fault.

        As you said earlier though they are first class for cameras, I have also bought a tablet from them without any issues.

        One thing of note though is that they are the same group as eGlobal so you probably shouldn't buy if you want it before Xmas as they are said to be out of stock.

    Your warranty will be in HK anyway so either way you need to send it there.
