BIG W has the following offers in the new catalogue today:

  • 15% Cashback on Pocket Money gift cards $25-$75 via redemption plus $5.95 purchase fee. Limit of one Bonus Gift card per mobile number. Best option is $75. 15% cashback (rounded to the next dollar) is $12. Net profit as cashback is $6.05. The bonus cashback is either sent by email or SMS as a Pocket Money gift card. Please note that the cashback payment may take about 6 weeks from the offer start date. I'm still waiting for the cashback from the last offer.
  • Receive your Bonus cashback by submitting your claim by January 7, 2025.
  • Offer is available for Big W in-store purchases between December 12 & December 25, 2024. (would be Dec 24)
  • All claims are to be submitted by January 7, 2025.
  • Bonus gifts cards will be sent by email within 14 days of final claim submission date.

    @HappilyEverAfter @tangible @Backy @xiaozaocha I've just spoken to MicroGifts (1300 000 889). They are aware of the latest Big W promotion and will be updating the website soon. They assured me that it's fine to purchase today as per the Big W catalogue.

    Regarding the cashback from the last offer in Nov, it will be paid within 2 weeks before 25th December 2024. Submission for the claims closed yesterday.

        No rush lol. From past experience, there was always plenty of stock in Perth esp with the limit of 1 bonus gift card per mobile number.

        If you're referring to the Nov offer, we haven't received cashback yet. I rang MicroGifts today and they are closed.

        Cashback for this Dec offer is due around 21st Jan.

    Hey everyone, Pocket Money website has been updated with the current promotion. End date on the website says 25 Dec but Big W catalogue has 24 Dec. Should be 24 Dec as the shops would not be open on 25 Dec.

      And how would they validate the purchase against Big W purchase record? Does not say I have to upload the receipt.

      Thank You for your claim submission.

      Your claim will be validated against Big W purchase records and the applicable digital cash activation mobile number for purchases between the 14th of November & the 27 of November February 2024.

      If your details are correctly validated you will receive one cashback bonus gift per mobile number, provided in the form of a Digital Cash gift card. An SMS will be sent to the Mobile phone number on which the Pocket Money gift was activated.

      All claims are to be submitted by 11h of December, 2024

      Bonus gifts cards will be sent by SMS within 14 days of claim submission.

      Please refrain from contacting us prior to this date as no claims will have be processed before the 24th of December 2024.

        That's typical of this business. Same with the previous promos. They seem to be one promotion behind with their T&Cs. I've called them a few times in the past too.

        Don't need to upload the receipt as they can validate from your details provided.

            @test8888: Not new as their promos seem to have 1000 limit. A few months ago, I had called them to ask how we would know if the limit was reached. Was told as long as we can submit, then the limit hasn't been reached. There was another similar promo with 1000 limit that I mentioned in the thread.

        No sale signs or posters in the two Big W I went to. Plenty of stock and placed in two different locations on the same stand. I don't recall seeing any ads at my local Big W in previous promos either.

    for anyone's interesting to buy PM:
    - Groceries card worked
    - check EDR card may have BigW 5x points, it did count as I got 380 points

      Thanks. Didn't know about the Groceries card trick. I didn't scan my EDR card this time. In the past, I had scanned but received 0 points. I'm surprised you got the points this time.

        I bought one $75 card, got no purchase fee and 5x rewards points.
        Next day with a different rewards card I did get the purchase fee and 0 points. Maybe the attendant entered a different code when they had to verify the gift card after I had scanned.
