        Big W accepts return and refund as long as the product is unopen and in a resalable condition.
        If anything goes wrong, just bring it back for a full refund.

                      @gotyourback: I think we're all in the same boat - got more cashback but not 100% as advertised. I think you'll be better going back to the drawing board. It's surely not that hard to know what the cashback should be based on transaction amount. Asking us to jump through MORE hoops because you can't adhere to an advertised promotion is a poor customer experience, and lessens the trust in your brand.

        Yeh this is my guess. Or with enough orders then SB will honour it. So encourage people to place orders and then just return them or don't pick up your order if Shopback don't fix up the tracking. Will remove my neg they uplift the Cashback

    Dont trust shopback for these item specific cash back,

    My purchase of Blackmore fish oil in early November from Chemists warehouse supposed to have 20% cashback, was tracked 0%, not even the 1% normally you shall get from CW, and they refused to change it after I reported.

    My recent 35% cashback purchase for Cokes from Coles was tracked 0.2%, and no ones know when they can be adjusted.

    DONT fall in their trap.

      I think you’ll find the rate is updated, they are doing this to clear stock and enhance eveready gold sales numbers as they don’t need need to show the Cashback on the current accounts.
      There is method to their madness!

    Total amount is $56.
    But I only received $5.60 on 10 Dec and $11.08+$3.70 today
    $20.38 in total. That's 36.39%
    I can't even explain what kind of % that is.

    Just an update:
    After emailing them, I received some extra cashback and brings the total to 90.9%
    They excluded GST so it's still not 101%. This not what I expected.
    Since Eveready is an inferior brand, I don't really want to pay $5.60 for so many inferior batteries that I don't need.
    I bought them only to meet the $50 min spend requirement.
    Usually I get energizer ones for free by using JB Hifi $10 coupons.
    I am going to bring them back and get a full refund from BigW.
