The Anker 735 Nano II 65W deal has expired (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/883482) but this one is going. I've purchased it in the past for a few dollars more.

For anyone wondering, this does supports Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0 (whereas the linked Anker doesn't).

    • What about this charger makes it support Samsung Super Fast Charging 2.0?

      • +5

        PPS: 3.3-11V/4.5A

    • do all three ports support it?

      • +2

Only C1 or C2 (not at the same time).

  • This looks quite wide and by the way none of the photos show it plugged in, seems as though it would block the second power point, anyone comment if it does or doesn’t?

    • +5

I have one and it doesn't. The max width is 4cm so it's almost the same width as your standard AU plug.

    • +1

Can also confirm it's quite slim and doesn't block the second power point.

    • +2

It definitely will not block the 2nd power point. I ordered mine on Saturday at this price and received this few hours ago.. (after that it went up to 39+ and looks like it's back to saturday sale price now). There is still have almost 1 cm space to the second power point plug in with a std plug.

However it is a bit longer.Longer than a standard samsung charger that comes with a mobile phone when samsung was still including them.

    • +2

The 65W won't block the second power point, but the 100W model will.

  • Got this one slightly cheaper when Amazon had their Black Friday flash cashback. So far so good, I recored 24w for iPad Pro.

  • Anything like this but with 3 usb c fast charging ports? At least 18w for iPhone fast charging. Don’t have any devices that use USB A anymore

    • The 100W variant of this has 3 USB C fast charging ports. There's also one USB A port on it and it's a lifesaver in my opinion. One of those things you didn't know you still needed until you do. @RichardL linked it in a comment above.

    • The Ugreen Nexode GAN chargers in 100w, 200w, and 300w all have 3 or more USB-C ports.

    • Also looking for this as I've switched over to all USB C as well (or at least only ever take USB C devices when I travel).

The 100W chargers are all too bulky, so looking for a compact 65W charger. The Belkin BoostCharge is very close but it doesn't allow higher than 25W charging if you have more than one device attached.

  • Any suggestions for usb-c cable to go along with it?

    • I use both UGreen’s and Cygnett and prefer the latter - still going strong after several years and compared to the UGreen more flexible.

I have a couple of 65W chargers, but it's worth noting that as soon as you run them through a type-C hub, you can easily lose 14W, such that your laptop may not charge at all. I have a Samsung 65W charger which won't charge my laptop through a hub and actually causes it to misbehave, disconnecting the whole hub every few seconds. My Heymix one actually works, but my laptop complains about how much power it gets.

  • Got mine from black friday today.

It's not actually any wider than a standard plug should not cause any interference to things plugged in next to it. Could even plug 2 of these next to each other.

For a performance test I plugged it into my new nexode 130W 20k bank which I also got with it. It started at 38% and went to 75% at a fairly constant 62-63W input (read on the banks screen) before dropping to 52-55W until ~90% before slowly ramping down towards 100%.

It did feel hot. Not burning (not like car in sun) but rather uncomfortable didn't have anything to measure temp but quick googling says all this mini gan bricks get hot including anker (50-70°c casing). Will try my pixel 8 pro temp sensor on it later today (sure that is totally accurate)

For any Pixel owner wondering if this can fast charge a Pixel (in my case 9 Pro XL) - No, it will not! I have returned mine. Charging tops at ~15W. Even the $10 Click charger from Bunnings produced 20W!

BTW, 200W uGreen charges my Pixel 9 Pro XL at 30+ W !!! So, not all uGreen PPS chargers are built the same ;-)

I've ordered an Anker 65W from that other OzB deal. Let's see how that goes.

I believe the Pixel 9 Pro XL needs at least PPS 21V for fast charging.

That would explain why the UGREEN 65W which only has PPS 3.3-11V/4.5A didn't fast charge your phone.

BTW, 200W uGreen charges my Pixel 9 Pro XL at 30+ W !!! So, not all uGreen PPS chargers are built the same ;-)

That would be correct, since the UGREEN 200W supports PPS: 3.3-21V/3A

I've ordered an Anker 65W from that other OzB deal. Let's see how that goes.

I suspect the Anker A2667 from this morning also won't fast charge (since it's PPS 3.30-16.00V/3.25A)

    • Just get the Google 45W one. I have the Anker and don't care about slower speeds since I can use a Pixel Stand and in-car Qi charger too for top ups.

  • I got this model, if its onlt 1 device connected I get Super Fast Charging on my Samsung S22 Ultra. However when anything is connected into any other port at the same time it drops down to Fast Charging.

  • Doh, just bought this for $39.97 earlier today and should arrive tonight :-(
