Lifetime Product Replacement Warranty!
What does that mean in practice?
Lifetime means - whenever the company goes broke, you lose your warranty. Probably doesn't cover wear and tear either.
If it falls apart by itself - probably covered. That's about it.
Lifetime = expected lifetime of a product. So they could argue this is a charger that would last 3 years, as it might be paired with the expected lifetime of a phone, so it would only be 3 years warranty.
so Lifetime warranty = Australian Consumer Law

Looked into this. Jackson's manufacturing warranty is the usual one year only.
So looks like it's Bunnings that's offering the lifetime warranty. There's nothing on their site including returns policy about it being the "expected life of the product" or three years etc, which is what ACL provides, so not sure where the commenter sourced that information from.
Bunnings are usually pretty good at returns and given that guarantee is on their site with no qualifiers, I'm pretty sure they'd have to honour it. I doubt the average staffer there will send an $8 purchase away for Jackson to evaluate.
On the box it literally says "Lifetime Product Replacement Warranty".
I had a Jackson charger fail a few years after, they replaced it with an updated one.

Esp since they advertise it as handy for travel! Woolies has a $35 alternative that is rated 100-240v, has an extra usb-c slot - if you don't mind generic brands.
Also this $30 Zyron deal, much more compact, but bad reports on customer service
That's not sold by woolies; that's a random brand using their marketplace. I'd stay away from anything that plugs into mains voltage, unless it has name behind it.

Looking at the pictures of the chargers on the Bunnings site the 2 GaN chargers say 200-240V.
The 20W Rapid charger says 100-240V
Though given the type I plug is only used in countries that have 200-240V supplies you should be OK
