Hi Ozbargainers,

Every year before Xmas I receive lots of requests for a bulk lot of items folks can take on holidays with them. As anyone headed off overseas knows the pre-trip visit to the local pharmacy can easily run into the hundreds of dollars.   Their shipping is quite slow though….. Been 10 business days, and only going from SA to Melbourne… which is rather long. Still waiting!

      Agreed nothing the OP can do.
      Ive sent them a email now to see how long i should wait until it is deemed lossed…. as ive never had a letter take 10 business days unless it is coming from Perth (even then it was delayed). Definitely at 10 days it is abnormal for SA to Melb.

        10 working days is "typical" letter post speed, only thing thats changed is more clients are waiting nearly the full 10 days or even 11-12 days - whereas about 1/2 clients historically received their item before working day 10. For 99c we have priority letter service available at checkout which (based on Ozbargainer feedback) actually cuts shipping time in half - really worth considering if you need your products in a reasonable time frame.

        This bundle is satchel shipping with tracking, so generally 4 working days from dispatch.
