Pretty cheap, odd what the code does and doesn't work on

    50L fridge is $226.10 delivered

    • So your saying the 50L is better in value?

    • Showing as $273 for me.

  • ?what's the warranty on these I can't seem to find it also how do these compare with brass monkey anyone please ?

Escape products 2 years. (which is this one)

Stayzcool products are 5 years (better built and parts)

      • Thanks wrx5 .

      • is the brass monkey Stayzcool ?

        • +2

Stayzcool is Kings but the more premium products

does not include the lithium battery, but you can run 12/24V socket in car

    • Why the down vote?

Lots of bad reviews. Some good ones, but the one about how it nearly set fire to their car has turned me off.

    • Not that I'm saying anything either way about this fridge but there are reviews for 8 different models of fridge on there, none of which are this particular model.

Lousy. I will never buy from kings again. I bought the 40l fridge escape
BAD DECISION BUYING KINGS FRIDGE 40 litre
Purchased a 40 litre escape fridge today figure I’ll give it a go was on sale why not and wow it’s a crap piece of kit

        BCFCBF finding more.

    • The pics of the burnt fridge just shows a burnt cover….. they dont really explain much in the review.

      • True, could have been from an external source, but the owner would notice if their car was on fire after having removed the fridge.
It would be far more likely for the fridge to be the source.

  • Spotted this one too

They lose a lot of cold air every time you open them. Plus on bumpy roads things move around and then fall out when you open the fridge

    • These might be good for some, but hard for cars and some utes.

I need a new one for the Caravan, but need 110L.

  • I’m undecided if the deal with the cover was better for a few dollars more, a cheap wireless thermometer isn’t that much value imho

    • A cover is a game changer. I had a fridge without one and it was good, but would lose the cool air easily. Got a Kings StayCoolz 60L fridge with cover, its great! Keeps things cold even if not connected to power for a few hours.

  • I was told the Kings Escape fridges were average. The StayCoolz range is a lot better. Here is my thread talking about it.
