$0.10 Bonus Cashback for Checking-in to Binge and Watching How To Make Gravy Trailer @ ShopBack via App

344

Check-in via the ShopBack app and watch How To Make Gravy trailer, get $0.10 bonus cashback.

I've found with this one and the previous Day Of The Jackal trailer deal that I don't need to actually watch the trailer, just immediately backed out and got the $0.10 scratchie panel. YMMV.

    Another 10c club.

    Yeah, like the Doc says.

FYI/anyone wondering, the trailer is about 2 minutes long so this 'amazing 10-cent offer' equates to giving up your time for the magnanimous rate of $1.50 per hour.

    Know your worth.

    • If you're doing this for the money, you're not gonna be watching the whole trailer ;)

      • Agreed JT …

In no one's language is 10 cents a 'gravy train' …

I don't think we're on the same page. I got my 10 cents. I watched all of half a second of the trailer. If my late night maths is correct that puts my worth at $720 an hour.

Bring me more 10 cent trailers!

@Jake T: Seriously/completely honestly though, what was the total time it took you to read about the deal, T-up the vid, do some little calculations in your mind, etc., all to 'earn' that 10 cents?

If you added all that stuff up, would it not be well over a minute … actually … ?

@GnarlyKnuckles: Lol I actually scooped this one earlier while I was shopping for a different, admittedly better deal. It was a five second detour at the very most.

This, on the other hand, is clearly procrastination, which neither of us are being paid for. But you're attempting to insult me for doing the exact same things you are, so I enjoy that lol. And you know what? For all this nonsense, I'm 10 cents ahead of you ;)

              • @Jake T: Soz if you thought I was attempting to insult you, I genuinely was not.

Oh I just found 50 cents, checkmate.

    • Plenty of people will do it

    Another 10c post lmao

Being paid ten measley cents to watch an ad. Surely this is a new low for OzB.

You dont have to watch it. Just skip to the last few seconds.

      • +1

I didn't even do that, just immediately backed out. 2 seconds.

None of these few cents check ins need you to browse although it runs a little timer in the lower right corner and will let you scratch it at the end. I don't know if people think 10 cents is worth it or not but a friend recently asked me how I saved money when he struggled. Of course ozbargain helps but also not spending money on things you don't need and saving whenever wherever you can to allow for little bit extra goes a long way

@Royale with cheese: All us giga-chads posting in comments and puffing our chests are the minority. There's lots of people out there who never post but are struggling, on pensions or disability and scraping together a few dollars here and there from small cashbacks can be enough for a small giftcard to spend on groceries or a discounted SIM card to give them internet for a month.

    10c is Ozbargain's gravy

    10c. This is getting ridiculous.

  • Hahaha!

  • Hard earned 10 cents.
