Most people never even fill their washers up to 7kg
and people keep saying that they will last longer if you don’t always fill to capacity , a lot of people seem to believe this enough that they are buying large capacity machines 12+kg thinking they will last longer, perhaps their lifetime.
I find that with a 10kg machine when loaded up is really a lot of clothes to hang out .
In fact it fills the clothesline and then some, but I like to dry my newer clothes inside anyway even if that takes a lot longer to dry.
Usually the machine tells me that it’s three quarters of a load even though it looks pretty full to me,
so I’ll come back and throw a bath mat in there if I remember .
I don’t know if the scales in washing machines are accurate because it does this I’m so full dance where it gets one foot up and kinda jiggles.
It only ever tried to jump off the bench that once when I put three bath mats in it.
Except for that I find the 10kg machines to be the perfect size in that a chockers full basket is is around the 10kg capacity and is not too heavy that you’re going to strain your back over your lifetime.
Otherwise maybe 8kg is for you.
I just like doing less loads , even if hanging out can take a while.

I've found Goodguys excellent to deal with on warranty, and the total opposite from appliances Online. Worth a small premium imo.

This is a great washer, much simpler than a bosch with 50 modes.
Not sure how bosch wins choice awards, i'm assuming probably bribes/better affiliate rewards.
They make a lot of different models that have heaps of features that the judges like but no one else ever uses,
