  • Can we order now and get it next month? I still have enough from last promo to cover me for a month or so.

    • +2

Not for Inglewood, but the guys over at @LimeBlueCoffee can do delayed shipping for promos.

    • +1

they have these deals every few weeks.. no need to pre-order

    • +2

It’s been almost 2 weeks since I’ve ordered and they haven’t shipped it so I’d say that’s close to delay ship to me.

      • +1

I came here to say the same thing. Still waiting for shipping from 26 November.

  • Thanks OP! Ordered just $50 for free shipping

  • Any deals on single origin?

  • +1

Lol just bought it on black friday at 50% off, :(

    • Same, oh well

    • Same, happened to me with one of the previous deals. The beans hadn't arrived yet and I ordered another lot and asked for the difference for the first order. They gave me a credit which cannot be used with any other offer. Didn't use it as better off waiting for 50% or 60% sale.

  • +3

Still waiting for my previous order to ship which was placed on 27/11

    • For my last order I had to open a ticket through the customer service after 10 days and no shipment. In the order email there is a link to view your order and after you click on that you can follow up on your order on their website.

      • +3

10 days no shipment is insane. Especially for coffee bean orders.

    • Same

    • +1

same. they didn't ship it over a week until I send the email for update.

      • +1

Poor form. First time ordering with this mob and not really happy so far. Let’s see how long it takes them to respond to my email !

    • +5

I tried these guys before, I thought the beans are like a 6.5/10, you get what you pay for. But the price point was good, the last straw was when it took like 2 weeks to receive beans I had ordered and those beans were roasted like 3-4 days before the order date. So they were already like nearly 20 days old, by this point I had already had to buy other beans as I had run out and was expecting a speedy delivery like I had in the past.

After that, never again. I would rather pay a little bit more and get better beans.

  • Thanks bought a coupla bags, can't wait to try them!

Anyone that's tried the Roosevalt or Sunset BLVD did you enjoy it?

    • +1

      Sunset is my fave

    • +1

Yes. Both good. We prefer Roosevelt (A bit more earthy/chocolatey - which matches well for milk-based coffees).

    • +1

I've tried both but Roosevelt is just perfect!

  • Thanks OP! Just ordered some Downtown. Should be good!

  • Thanks OP.
Just ordered downtown and roasters SO pick.

  • Ordered Roosevelt a while ago, found a lot of green-ish beans, were told via email the flavour remains unaffected, never heard from them since.

  • Yep ridiculous delivery times. Sticking to @AIRJO CoffeeRoasters next time for fast delivery and superb beans.

  • +2

I’m surprised with the comments about shipping from Inglewood, never had a problem with them. Just lucky I guess

    • I had varying shipping times, from 1-3 days right up to like 2 weeks. But then other places I have bought have nearly always been 1-3 days. Also the age of the beans varied, sometimes roasted the day it was ordered, sometimes way earlier. All this made it hard to plan your purchases for when you would run out vs opening the beans at the optimal time after roast.

  • My order is yet to ship, just wondering if there is a shipping ETA?

    • It is a hit and miss with dispatching. I'm in VIC and a regular, in my experience, it usually takes at least a week for them to dispatch, but always fresh. I don't mind as I bulk freeze them.

Delivery wise Airjo is amazing, Lime Blue is good.

      • Yeah, delivery is hit and miss, which is annoying if you are running low and trying to get some quickly, however it’s always super fresh.

        • Agree with the above, consistency is something they can improve. Roast date can be up to a week prior to dispatch. Time from order to dispatch can be anywhere from same day to a week. Then Aus Post can be either overnight or up to a week (I'm in Vic). Then I find the same beans can taste different in different batches, but I do understand that they are seasonal blends so probably reasonable to expect differences (I usually get Roosevelt or Sunset Blvd).
