Not terrible. The black espresso has no sugar added, high in caffeine.
Without Sugar? ewwww
it is what is says…. Black espresso.
If you genuinely like iced black coffee its not bad, especially at @$1 a can
Black espresso has 167mg of caffeine per serve.
Havent tried either of these flavours, but the Latte flavour is pretty disgusting. See comments to previous deal - a lot of folks saying they tried one, and chucked the rest! (I imagine all those were people that tried the Latte variety, which appears to be especially bad!)
Others who have tried the Black have said it's not too bad. So I'll probably give those ones a go.
yeh its pretty bad tasting. i'd rather instant coffee
My partner likes Suntory BOSS and Woolies was out so I got this one instead and we threw it away - pretty bad taste.
There's a reason they've been rejected..
Has anyone actually tried these out of interest?
Lots of people have.
Exactly; I'd be more interested to know how many people tried them twice (or more).
I've tried it once, then back to Boss…
Personally I don't mind the mocha flavoured ones
I read it as AliExpress Espresso Iced Mocha. 😳
I need to go to bed.
I like to think of these as the AliExpress version of BOSS Iced Coffee hahaha.
You'd pay attention if it was Thai Honey flavoured…
You know me well 😉
AliExpress Europe sells canned coffee and other food.
I read it as AliExpress Espresso
I read it as Temu…
You're not the only one lol
Well I've slept now and still reading it as AliExpress 😂
Unfortunately, this item is not available for delivery
For a moment I thought Aliexpress started selling their own Espresso Iced Mocha
Have tried the espresso and will not buy again. Thin and watery. BOSS is significantly better.
Thank you, saved me a drive and $4.
It's kept next to the Not Quite Right dogfood.
Turns out brewing beer and brewing coffee are slightly different.
Asahi owns Wonda and Doutor too, which are made in Japan (latte versions include fresh milk and/or "fresh cream from Hokkaido") and don't have quality problems.
Allpress seems to still be a New Zealand run company (despite Japanese ownership), making this product in Malaysia with "Milk Solids".
Barista made. Righhht
lol what are with these ridiculous claims
It's Bob Arista, who presses the big start button on the fully automated production machinery in the morning.
i feel like coffee
Everyone seems to have this brand on clearance. I got the mocha ones and thought they were terrible
I don't mind the Black Espresso but at 2,506km to the nearest store I guess I'll miss out on this deal.
Can concur that drinking the latte will lead to you discarding them all. Tastes like burnt tobacco. Not in a good way.
I tried the latte and it was disgusting. Could barely get through the can.
Same it smells weird
But you did get through it ☝🏻
I had the mocha from another discount grocery store (NQR in SA) on the weekend. They were selling single cans from the cold room for $1.50 if I recall correctly. Was drinkable and the price was right but it wasn't great.
If you're in SA and like BOSS Rainbow Blend, they were selling cold cartons of 12 of that for $14 too.
These are as my four year old would say "wubbish"
For $1 a can, sure why not. I'll pour it over ice and add a drop maple syrup. Drink at work desk
The black ones are good if you like black coffee with no sugar and the milky ones are apparently crap.
But also - I think there's a bit of sediment in the bottom of the cans - I haven't seen it, but there's a bit of a chunky mouthfeel at the end. It's fine for me - but it might turn some people off.
I'm buying a case or two of these - I bought about 30 of them a while back and they're all gone.
Has anyone actually tried these out of interest? They have sat at my local Woolies at half price for literal months and stock never seems to be depleted.
