First time poser. I have been on a lookout for a full face helmet for my Segway Ninebot F2 scooter at 25kph. I found that this Korean brand is reputable and this specific model C10 has standard ECE 22.06; I am a beginner escooter rider who has ridden about 100km (just to and from gym which is 2km each way so nothing dangerous) and finally been convinced to buy a full face helmet instead of the top only helmet for bikes, as I have been warned to protect the face in case of accidents.

Anyways, found that the ebay store for AMX superstore accepts the code to bring down the black colorway to $160 range which is the best price I have seen since looking this month. Ordered XL (yes - I knew I have a big head but not so big that it warrants extra large :( gosh damnit)

  guys please make sure you know your head shape before buying a helmet.

  Head shapes:
  - Round
  - Oval
  - Intermediate oval

  Most people are Intermediate oval, but really, you should fit the helmet in store for at least 20mins on your head to ensure there are no pinch points.

    Thanks for that. Guilty as charged, didn't try in-store and just measured with tape… I hope it fits. I didn't know about the pinch points :(

    Yep not all branded helmets fit the one head… Shoei fit me comfortably but HJC do not …

  HJCs are decent helmets, seems like a good deal.

  definitely don't buy one online tho unless you already know the fit. go to your nearest moto shop and try some on from different brands and sizes. ideally you want to wear it for a little bit to make sure, but you should be able to get a good idea in 30 seconds:

  • it should be a tight fit against your cheekbones and feel like it's putting a bit of pressure there

  • if you shake your head, it shouldn't wobble.

  • it WILL be difficult to get on.

  • if you haven't worn one before, you will want to go for a bigger size, but don't. you need to really pull the two sides apart with your hands and force it over the top of your head. it's supposed to be like that.
