EPP currently stacks 3 discounts on any trade in, taking the tablet to $496. RRP $1299.

If you pick the cheapest item to trade in (or select cracked screen on any phone, so to reduce the trade-in value to $1) and don't send in your item, you will have to pay $30 admin fee, taking the tablet to $536. If you select a higher value item to trade in the admin fee would be $60.

Likely to be an error so be fast. Mine has shipped so it works.

EDIT: Still working as at 1:50pm AEST. You have to get to nearly last page of checkout to see the coupons applied (past the page for selecting accessories etc)

EDIT: Back in stock for preorder as at 6:30pm AEST. Delivery date for late December.

      Towards the end of the process… Just before the checkout I believe. They ask about the condition, if it's locked, does it power on etc

    Was looking at getting this for my mum as she current has a Galaxy Tab A 10.1" 32GB which is so slow as you can imagine. She wanted to spend a max of $550 so this would have been prefect. I got to the end page in the cart yesterday but couldn't make the payment due to it going out of stock during the payment.

    I am waiting to see if it goes back in stock but if not, what would be a good alternative to last the next 4-5 yrs. Needed for general web browsing and watching streaming or streaming to tv

      ordered 256gb friday afternoon. they (startrack) attempted delivery this morning, but i was dropping the kids at school. left card to pick up from post office - will pick up later today.

      No don't think so. I just tried it and the price was 900 something. It wasn't about adding multiple devices for trade-in. It was adding 3 different promotions when purchasing (glitch I guess).

    I thought I ordered this but it seems like my trade up was accepted but I never received an order confirmation nor was my card charged for the purchase. Did anyone else experience similar, will my order be shipped at all?

    Guys received the s9. However samsung removed the resolution option from display settings. The screen seems fhd not wqhd. The text is blurry and not sharp. Have you noticed?

    Did everyone get charged $30 or $60 for not sending the trade in device back? I received an email from Samsung saying the below

    This is the final reminder to post your device within the next 24 hours, otherwise we will charge you a late return fee of up to $60, which is non-refundable.

    My trade in value was $1 and the above says up to $60 so I'll hoping it will be less. Anyone been charged yet?

          No idea. They took 30 as security, and then charged $60 for delay, total of 90

            @Zeee: so it is just $60 mate. $30 security is the estimated value of your tradein device and you paid them instead of samsung (the total you paid is still $505 ish, (505 - 30) + 30, plus $60 fee now for no return
