I just learned my maintenance free chain will actually be better off if I do a bit of TLC so clean and lube your chains..
this one is the road variant, there is an off-road variant but doesn't seem to be available on Motoheadz..

    FYI - no such thing as a maintenance free chain - There was some announcements etc, but real world testing has shown it is completely false

      Yeah I only buy maintenance free chains - replace them every 2000ks - so good, don't have to clean them or wax them

    I'm super bad at maintaining my chain. It might get lubed every now and again if it's lucky. Serviced every 6000kms so I supppose it gets done then. I got 45000kms out of the chain and sprokets so i'm pretty happy with that.
