Due to lack of reviews of pro heat i benchmarked with L10s Ultra (silver coloured dock) which performs incredibly well on youtube reviews, beating out newer models like the X30. So i assumed the Pro heat was similar or better as it has higher suction PA (7000 vs 5300)
Feature wise they're neck and neck but IMO dock was better looking than Qrevo max V. Also has closed lid which hides the water tanks
It's also way smaller and easier to fit this dock vs L20 with the same clean and dirty water capacity 4.5/4L

bought one. very happy with mapping, vacuuming and mopping. very bad hair tangling though. Might have to buy a tricut brush but not sure how effective it is.
reviews show tricut brush is slightly better but not perfect - still need to perform regular maintanence :(
You can buy the Tricut brush for less than $40 on AliExpress - just check seller feedback before purchase to ensure you get an original Dreame product vs a cloned copy - additional to that you can purchase the cleaning tray from the more expensive X40 and it fits the L10S - helps keep the mop wash base cleaner apparently.
Human hair or pet hair, I'm in the same vote I bought that robot vac but haven't opened the box yet - researching still, because pet hair management is important to me - it's my pet hate
