Didn't get the Chemist Warehouse one, but got a $30 off $300 for Appliances Online

    • +1

didn’t get that, others I got was: endota $100/$20, sunny life $100/$10, Nespresso $50/$10, bakers delight $20/$5, LVLY $100/$20, TOMS $100$10

The Ampol offer is sweet. Best for a long time on any card type. Well done latitude

Also got $5 back on $20 spend at Bakers Delight. Sweet as well

No Chemist Warehouse, used it everytime to now

    • Do you know if you can buy Ampol gift cards at the service stations?
I’m assuming they do but I’ve only ever bought them discounted online.
Also is there any point joining to try and get this offer or was this a targeted thing for existing 28deg customers?
      Tx in advance!

Yep, can buy instore. They have 5% off instore at the moment, so buy $100 worth for $95 and then get back $20 on this offer..$100 worth for $75.

Latitude send these offers out every 6 weeks or so to those who subscribe to offers, too late to get this now

        • Is it 5% off all gift cards even Amazon?

    • Normally get CW every time ( not today )
Ampol Fuel deal is good tho.

  • I got jb hifi, appliances online, Ampol and $10 off $20 uber eats. Combined with the $20 of $40 grocery offer, pretty sweet.

  • anyone know is it eligible if pay by Apple pay or Google pay? how about the additional card, does additional card get any cash back? thanks

    • I think it would be the same for this offer too. In many previous Latitude offers I used Google Wallet to Tap and Pay and I got the cashback after a week.

Not sure about the additional card thing as I don't have one.

28 degree customers moved to Bendigo

    • +1

Not the ones that waited and got fee free for 12 months :)

      • I waited until last week before I get charged, called and tell me thank you for cancelling

    • Bendigo didn't want me but Bankwest did :-)

28 degrees looks like on its final leg if they are dishing stuff like this.

      • +1

Nah they regularly do these "bonuses "

      • 28 Degrees is too big to fail at this point.

  • Coops, how did you manage fee free for 12 mths?

    • They offered it to targeted cardholders who hadnt already cancelled. Got lucky

      • Did not receive same offer, just about to cnx card. Mainly only used for infrequent overseas travel.

  • Received targeted email. Should I click anywhere to activate the offer? Couldn’t find in the app

    • there's no actiation, just make the spend required & it gets credited back within 14 days

      • +1

        Thanks for the heads-up

  • Anyone have a second card holder added?

Wonder if benefits would double up similar to some Amex secondary card cashbacks.

    • I applied on 15, didn’t receive yet

    • I have received cashback on a supplementary card before although the next time I tried it didn't credit.

  • Surprised to see $20 CB for Ampol (last time it was $10 off $75 spend); and my CW is $10 back $75 spend, not $20…

  • International transaction is being declined.. anyone know how to resolve this ?

  • Never seem to get any of these emails or offers, anyone know if there is something you have to opt in?

  • Spent more than $75 at Chemist Warehouse on 3 Dec 2024, and I still haven't seen the $20 credit back paid into my account. I called last week and was told it would be paid within 14 days of the END of the promotion period, which was 1 Jan 2025.

Today (16 Jan), there's still no credit and I called again, and I was told it would be paid within 30 days after the end of the promotion period. Pretty disappointed about their service…

    • Didn’t the spend & got it within a few days on Ampol/CW, latitude will credit you if system hasn’t picked it up, downside just have to keep hassling them

    • Heh Gazzas. Did you get normal offer email on 28Nov without CW listed!, then get a 30Nov spend $X email which repeated the offers but also included CW which wasnt showing in 28Nov email?

      • I got the email on 28 Nov 2024 with no CW. The CW deal email came on 3 Dec 2024.

I did get the $20 credit after calling Latitude and it appeared as “Gesture of goodwill” on my account.

        • Same, just earlier 2nd email. Followed up once, will do it again.

Think they mucked the emails up, thus the reason it didnt track.

          • @Coops1: Yap, when I called, the CS had no clue and thought I was asking about some other $10 promotion. She had to speak to a supervisor for a few minutes before saying the credit would come later.

            • @gazzas: The above applies to me as well regarding emails and non-credit of rebate. Time for a painful phone call.

@Reveen: Good luck. I suggest calling in the morning or early afternoon to avoid long wait.
