If you're space-restricted and after a soundbar without a seperate subwoofer this is the cheapest price I could find, and with the bonus gift voucher you can buy $34 worth of soft furnishings for your home.
Samsung HW-S60D Soundbar $341 (RRP $599) + Bonus $34.10 Back as Gift Card + Delivery ($0 C&C) @ Harvey Norman

I would generally prefer a seperate sub if the option is available (which the 801 has). 801 has no optical if that's a factor. Can't speak to sound quality.
Anyone got firsthand experience with this bar?
Also if Harvey Norman price matches then retravision has this for $325I have the white version of this (S61D). It packs a punch and quite good for a bedroom. It connects automatically to my Samsung S95C TV (I have chosen this soundbar to be the default Audio output) and I can control the volume using the TV’s remote only.
connected over bluetooth or HDMI?
Wifi
Im using this with the S90C TV, as another user has.
Its my first time using a soundbar and I am space restricted so opted for this vs other sub/speakers.I'm very happy with the quality, used for music, streaming of sports/TV/movies and handles it all well.
I just pulled the trigger! Thanks

https://images.samsung.com/is/content/samsung/assets/au/term…I have read through the T&C, this seems to be a no risk purchase, simply return it, no question asked.
No white one at this price?
Anyone check the Samsung gov or edu sites for their pricing ?
Was slightly more expensive on the edu site
I bought this for my mum's small loungeroom and it does the job very nicely. Importantly for her it powers on and off with her TV and the TV remote can adjust the volume, so no added complexity!
anyone can chime in if this or the S801D is better for a frame tv in the living room?
