Sounds like a classic piece of "fake news" for today's media consumer.
I wonder if 1) the study was funded by a competitor,and 2) there are similar trace elements in most choc bars that are mass produced.

I had a look at that link. It contains a link to the abstract, a link to the methodology and (apparently, I can't check because there's no link to the study) - the results.
Let's go back to the article from "economic times" which states:
"Heavy metals found in expertly crafted Lindt chocolates: how safe is your treat?"
Now let's look at the results….. Notice anything??? Lol.
The headline is classic "fake news"/ click bait. An accurate headline would say that lots of chocolate brands might be exceeding the recommended limits on some contaminants.
This brand is contained too much of heavy mental!
$4.50 for lindt isn't a bargain… imo
I read the news about the high level of heavy metal in Lindt dark chocolate too. Class action lawsuit is not a small case either. Better choose milk chocolate then …
$4.5 is not a bargain for me too. I have a way to get free chocolate (Lindt or other brands) from David Jones :P
