Sugar free huh? I thought these were made with mostly sugar so what substitute do they use? I doubt it will be healthier..

  • Isn't it the same price in spudshed? Sorry not sure if the eastern siders know, but it's a popular budget supermarket in the West

    • Spudshed is a real thing? I just thought it was a store made from LEGO where people tried to park inside

    • $1.79 there

    • Cheaper at spud shed

  • OOS already

    • Shows in stock for me. Amazon has stopped shipping groceries to some locations, try opening the links in an incognito window to check.

really want to see deals on the instant coffee packs. Those three in ones are lit

  • Love these. As a diabetic the normal variants were the first I had to cut out when I was diagnosed so was glad to find out they had a sugar-free version. In saying that these ARE NOT keto friendly so anybody on such a diet would be best to avoid as even a few of them will blow out your carbs.

Isomalt can also blow out your ass.

  • I found it in woolworths yesterday, $2 on special. in the Asian section.

    • Do you remember if they are 120g or 150g packs? Cause I just searched on woolies website and it's $2 for a 120g pack, yet this deal is $2 for a150g pack.

      • The Cappuccino bags are typically 120g and the Coffee variant 150g.

Ah, the k-drama product placement that must be in every k-drama, with dialogue like
“I need a pick me up” - eats a kopiko lolly
    “Is that coffee?” Asks friend
    “Yes, it’s good!”
    “Give me one too!”
“ I need to wake up”
“Oh, that’s good, it really works!”
    “Feel more awake already”

It has got to the point where it is expected in a k-drama, not matter how forced and clunky its insertion in the dialogue. And if it isn’t there at all it feels something is missing from the show.

Not frequent enough for a drinking game unfortunately.

  • These are absolutely hideous.

      You told us last time.

      • What can I tell you, they are still hideous!

Sugar Free - has these sweetners:

Isomalt and Maltitol are the primary ingredients (first on the list), theres also some Acesulfame-k.

The first two are nutritive sweeteners meaning they can still spike your blood sugar, just not as high as regular sugar. They do contain calories and carbs, so they are not keto friendly. They can also have a laxative effect.

Acesulfame K has no calories or carbs.

  • Can't get enough of these, Thanks!
