      It has the new Windows Explorer and because it has 16 gig of ram for storing files in memory, it will be super fast. It also has the latest File Explorer App that is very good too for downloading and finding files. It's a good PC and low power too.

      Assuming it has a free m.2 slot the little postage stamp sized cards for these are about $35 to $40. Look for a m.2 wifi 6 card with the leads and antenna's. Check chipset for compatibility. I believe intel ax210 is wifi 6e and suits older machines/not dependant on later processors. These also has bluetooth 5.3 onboard.

      Install is easy but fiddly. Tiny little press studs.

      ACT are doing a 9th gen Dell in this format with wifi and Bluetooth for around $240ish with eBay plus if you want an alternative.

      Just plug in and turn on, connect to wifi and register windows.
