  • Puchased lets go !!

    Too small
    No not the price !

Good if you are one of the few without an Airfryer…
    ( to test it out)

    • +4

      Get 2 for $60.

    • Too small

It's actually a perfect size for singles, students and the like. I had a similar size airfryer when I lived alone and was super convenient for cooking quick meals.

or just do multiple cooks. its not hard. surviving fine on a 3.5L with family of 4

  • +3

I especially like the overcrowding in the second photo.

    • Yep beautiful stew 😋😆

Clicked just to witness - was not disapointed

  • Any review?

I have been using the Kitchen Couture12L Air Fryer (purchased for $139) for over 30 months with daily use, and it has never missed a beat.

  • Thanks op grabbed one for local pickup can't go wrong for the price good xmas present.

    • You will also get $5 voucher for the pickup!

  • 50 of them instore at Logan super centre

  • Anyone know the dimensions? I'm trying to see if it will fit in my appliance drawer.

Edit: Found this on Spotlight's eBay listing:
    Item Width 31.3
    Item Length 37.300000000000004
    Item Height 29.8

If only the length was 0.000000000000004cm shorter :(

  • There's SL giftcard on Prezzee (possibly via SB too) that you can swap to, but it may only allow one giftcard per purchase as T&Cs is not clear about it.

    • +1

I could use 2 gift cards to purchase this.

  • Now I'm not sure if I should not pickup the phillips big w one and get this instead

  • Thank you. Perfect for the caravan

  • bought 2, thank you OP

  • Thanks OP, ordered one for C&C!

  • +1

Wasn't previously available for C&C in WA, but is now

    • Click and collect within 2 hours = a lie

      • Pretty accurate for me- received e-mail advising ready for collection within 2 hours of placing order.

  • Thanks OP bought one.

  • Don’t recommend it. Very cheap build, the coat won’t last, you get what you pay for. Check the display unit before you pick it up , I just cancelled the click and collect order on spot.

    • Maybe I won't pick mine up. Hopefully the BigW price they are revealing tomorrow for the small Phillips model is only a little more than this one.

      • The sold one was for 70% off so that you should expect at $49 or $59. You need to get something else for free shipping ($65+ order). It is better to find it now if you don't prefer to go instore.

      • $63.6, can be 10% off, online only atm.

        • I'll stick with this one after I look at it instore. If I expected to use it more, I'd pay extra for a name brand.

          • @puffinfresh: Hey, which one you went for finally? I am in same boat

            • @agrwlvipul: There are other options to consider. Click the air fryer tag under the deal.

            • @agrwlvipul: The one posted in this deal from Spotlight. I don't think you can go wrong for $29 (less the $5 voucher you get when you pick it up; I paid another $1 and got 3 tea towels). Other options are twice the price, and while yes, some are better brands, I liked the window on this one.

I did the initial clean in my dishwasher, even though I don't know if it's meant to be dishwasher friendly. The only thing I've made so far is spiced chickpeas, and it did the job.

    • How long did yours last before the coating perished?

      • They said they cancelled their order because they thought the coating wouldn't last long.

I picked mine up and I'm happy for the price, not that I've used it yet.

Ok, so I've now cooked some home made chips in there and they were amazing. I'm currently doing cauliflower, and broke the timer knob. Don't try turning it down if you've set it too high; the plastic will snap. Some super glue should repair it.

    Edit: Yep, good as new.

    • +1

Haha, I am going for Philips one then.

      • I've read reviews about the Philips one saying you can't turn down the timer, but someone else said you can with more force. Same thing here, except the plastic doesn't like the force.

        • Definitely prefer the digital control one as the ticking sound from knob may be annoying.

JB Hi-Fi's Philips 2000 for $69 is better. Unfortunately, it is back to $98 now.

        • Some other notes:
I looked at the small Phillips one in store at BigW and because the basket has another internal basket, its capacity is massively reduced. It does make it easier to clean and empty though. The build quality was on par with the Kitchen Couture one though.

On the Kitchen Couture one, the insert that goes at the bottom of the basket falls out when you tip it to empty the contents; so you could potentially burn yourself if you aren't careful. You need an oven mitt ready to stop it. On the other cheap brands in store at BigW, the insert appeared to have a tighter fit so it doesn't fall out.

Also, the description on Spotlight is incorrect; it says 0-60 minute timer, but it's actually 0-30 minute as per the photo.
