  • Sent the store an email a week after placing my order because the tracking details given to me were incorrect. They later told me that due to a technical issue the tracking details were wrong, but they can’t fulfil my order anymore because the item is out of stock (despite me ordering the item a week ago when it was in stock).

    Tried to ask CS for any alternatives solutions other than just a refund since I actually was keen on getting a pair of these. But CS just ignored me and proceeded with the refund. Super disappointing experience :(.

      Sorry to hear. Check Amazon, it's not as good as the original sale price but there are decent price drops on some Shokz at the moment

    • Similar thing happened to me. Wrong tracking information was given and only updated after asking twice. By that time the package was already sitting at the post office for three days waiting for collection…

  • I placed order at 26th Nov and it is still in transit.
    And now it shows "There's been a slight delay" I don't thinks more than two weeks is slight delay lol.

      This one sounds like a courier lost in transit issue. To clarify, once an item shows ‘’In Transit’ means it has been picked up and if there is a “slight delay” label from the courier afterwards, it most likely means it’s been lost. If you can DM me your order #, we will have this one sorted out for you on priority. Hoping we can get it to you before Christmas.
