Deviated septum, I would suffocate!
Had a rhinoplasty and still have a deviated septum.
The one or two nights a month where i fall asleep without mouthtape lead to a write off the next day.
Try a chin strap, but i guarantee you won't suffocate. Typically, you don't seal yourself, just enough hold to create a bit of resistance.
It rubs the lotion on its skin or else it gets the mouth tape again.
