Basically you prepaid $15 by 30 Nov for $30 worth of credit for your Jan 2025 power bill.
You may use your federal gov rebate credit to purchase, which means you don't even need to pay an extra cent.
For those who are new to Powershop, they also let you prepaid $30 every month, for $37 worth of credit to be used next month.

With gov rebate + Sign up Credit + Powerpacks, I have been enjoying free power since Aug and probably until Feb.
After your purchase, it shows "$15 available from 1Jan".
Don't worry, you will see the full amount of $30 on your Jan bill.
It's a bit confusing but it's just how their app is poorly designed.
