      Hey there! Lime Blue definitely offers great value - they're awesome and have some great value offerings! Worth noting though that with our $60 free shipping threshold, grabbing 2kg actually works out pretty similar price-wise when you factor in their $8 shipping fee.
      Plus for those of us in Melbourne - we have cafes and partners all over where you can try before you buy, get brewing tips from our baristas, and learn about specialty coffee. Plus a "love at first sip" guarantee for returns. Different strokes for different folks, but if you're ever around North Melbourne or the CBD, pop in and say hey and we can prove it to you!

        Nice response, previous poster doesn't know what they're saying. Lime Blue required a $69 spend to get free shipping. They're taking a single roast ~$40/kg bag with 50% off and comparing it to your ~$60/kg bag with 50% off.

        I'm not sure if your coffee is considered ~30% better than Lime Blue, but the difference is:

        Lime Blue - $45 bag of coffee for $31/kg delivered.
        Rosso Roasting - $60 bag of coffee for $38/kg delivered.

        So if your coffee is 20% better, it's an equivalent deal. If your coffee is more than 20% 'tastier', yours is the better deal.

    Would Filter grind be the best choice for cold brew in a toddy?

      Hi @brendo13! Filter grind is a good option, but for the best results with a Toddy cold brew, we recommend leaving a note at checkout asking for it to be ground specifically for cold brew.     this is not great. Why return the beans, they will be opened, and you will repack and give to others? At our cost? no deal.

    But if you’re still not loving your coffee, please return the remaining portion back to us and we will issue you a refund of the cost of the beans purchased.

      It is a reasonable return policy for a smaller business, to avoid scammers. No way they would reuse the beans.

      Hi SpeedAU - Just to clarify: We NEVER reuse or resell returned beans - that's completely against our values and food safety standards.

      While our policy reserves the right to request returns, we rarely feel the need to. We have very few refunds, but usually if needed they're processed straight away because our customers are genuine coffee lovers like yourself. As Daabido said this is reserved for edge cases.

The roast dates can vary slightly depending on which blend you order - but we’re roasting new batches most days of the week so you can rest assured it’ll be within a week or two of your order date.
