  I notice some RAM says it has and AMD EXPO Profile and some say intel or both; This one only states Intel XMP profile; Does it mean it doesnt have an AMD EXPO profile? and would it still be compatible with an AMD board?

    If the RAM isn't on your motherboards QVL supported list AND it doesn't have EXPO profile you may end up with a system that doesn't boot at all, and you spend days in the BIOS configuring many memory settings and still only end up with sub par memory performance and stability. If you are a memory tuning expert, you should be able to get the config running pretty solid without EXPO profiles.
