    Frank is the worst.
    Still waiting for them to process my health management form from 3 weeks ago so i can claim gym membership and waiting 1 week already to process my optical claim.
    Had to go to ombudsman for them to add my free 13 weeks (6+7) because they never replied to emails.

    Looks like im going back to ombudsman to deal with my claim and form issues

    • Pretty much the experience I expected when I saw some unknown insurer with a shitty website. Somethings aren't worth going with the cheapest option.

      • I only signed up for the 13 weeks free (about $460 worth of premiums) and because they cover 50% up to $200 of gym membership which is decent , i pay $399 at crunch.

          Ive learned from experience that after 5 days if you dont get a satisfactory respone or nil response, go to ombudsman or fair trading nsw and issue will be fixed within 2 days after they contact the retailer

          • @easternculture: Yep, too many times I see people repeating the same things again and again and again with the provider. My rule is: one wrong answer = complaint. I'm not wasting my time with the fools in customer service. Any frustration or delay with complaints = Ombudsman.

            @easternculture: If you dont mind, what reason did you use for this gym membership.
            I am planning to book a GP appointment for this form especially to cover the gym membership.

              @4kbargain: On the form there is a tick box ✅ High BMI for reason and ask him to recommend gym membership

  • frank is only good for being one of the cheapest option to avoid MLS (f*** MLS).

    if you expect some actual health care coverage i suggest anything else. you get what you paid for.
