Hope everyone's staying calm before the holiday season hits us!
Very excited to be bringing back a newly refined favourite. After running through our stuck of Uncanny faster than ever before, we've put in a request for more. Despite components from the old version running out (RIP Finca Milan), we've now got an even sweeter version. No more baker's choc, we've been upgraded to milk choc! (Courtesy of Fernando Alfaro in El Salvador and Popayan Reserve in Colombia). I tasted this version on the weekend, and it definitely gets my tick of approval :)
Speaking of Fernando Alfaro, he's backing up by also providing us our highlighted single origin espresso this week! It's a funky boy, so is more suited to black espresso. But hey, everyone's tastes are different so you might REALLY enjoy it with milk :)
And by popular demand, we've got a couple of filter options to give a filter family a bit more choice :)
Oh, but wait there's more! One roaster we very rarely feature is bringing us home - Seven Seeds espresso and filter blends are classics for a reason. And one roaster that we haven't featured in years - ProudMary! For a limited time only we've shaved as much as we can off their blends in celebration of the holidays.
